PRE-ORDER PRICE | SHIPS IN 2-4 WEEKS
Pre-order policy
By placing a preorder, you are reserving your item ahead of its official release. Please read the following carefully before ordering:
Shipping Timeline
- Preordered items will begin shipping between 28th October – 4th November.
- Depending on when your order is placed (between 7th – 21st October), shipping may take around 2–5 weeks from your order date.
Order Changes
- Customers can request changes to size or colour until 21st October.
- After this date, all orders will be locked as items will be in active production.
Refunds & Cancellations
- No refunds or cancellations are available on preorders.
- This is because production starts immediately after the preorder window closes, and each item is being made specifically for customers who preordered.
Price Increases
- Preorder prices are significantly lower than the final retail price.
- Prices will rise gradually after launch day (hourly, then weekly) until shipping begins.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to feel confident shopping with us. That’s why we offer a 14-day return window starting from the day you receive your order.
Exchanges
- You can exchange your item for a different size or colour within 14 days.
- You may also exchange it for a different item of similar value.
- If the new item is of a higher value, you will be expected to cover the difference before your exchange is shipped.
- If the value is lower, we will not refund the difference — instead, you can choose to top up to another product of similar value.
- To start an exchange, email us with your order details. We’ll respond with our returns address and full instructions.
Refunds
Refunds are only available in limited cases:
- If an order is confirmed to be fraudulent.
- If we are unable to provide an exchange (e.g. due to stock or production issues on our side).
In these cases, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage after delivery cannot be returned.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our mistake.
Processing Times
- We’ll confirm by email once we receive your return.
- Exchanges will be processed and shipped out as quickly as possible.
- Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear back in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We ship all orders using EVRi and Royal Mail to ensure reliable and trackable delivery.
Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (unless otherwise stated for preorder items).
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped.
Delivery Times
- UK Orders: Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- International Orders: Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days, depending on location. (Customs and import times may vary).
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
- Free shipping may be available during special promotions.
Preorders
- If you’ve placed a preorder, shipping will follow the preorder schedule stated on the product page.
- Orders containing preorder items will ship together once the preorder item is ready.
Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
- You can use this link to follow your order’s journey until it reaches you.
Issues With Delivery
- If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us with your order details and tracking number. We’ll work with EVRi or Royal Mail to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
