Exchanges

• You can exchange your item for a different size or colour within 14 days.
  
• You may also exchange it for a different item of similar value.
  
• If the new item is of a higher value, you will be expected to cover the difference before your exchange is shipped.
  
• If the value is lower, we will not refund the difference — instead, you can choose to top up to another product of similar value.
  
• To start an exchange, email us with your order details. We’ll respond with our returns address and full instructions.
  

Refunds

Refunds are only available in limited cases:

• If an order is confirmed to be fraudulent.
  
• If we are unable to provide an exchange (e.g. due to stock or production issues on our side).
  
  In these cases, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
  

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage after delivery cannot be returned.
  
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our mistake.
  

Processing Times

• We’ll confirm by email once we receive your return.
  
• Exchanges will be processed and shipped out as quickly as possible.
  
• Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear back in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
